Deep fried shrimp petites coated with bread crumbs

The fried shrimp balls from Taiwanese restaurants are complicated to make and it takes time. Shrimp, water chestnuts, green onions and other ingredients are chopped, sandwiched in slices of pork back, deep-fried until golden-crisp and presented together with ketchup for a special taste.
