Spicy fried chicken with garlic and basil in casserole

Shin Yeh's Three Cups Fried Chicken was selected in 2015 by CNN as a Taiwan “must-try food “. It is cooked using a cup of rice wine, a cup of soy sauce and a cup of black sesame oil. Then, garlic, ginger, sugar and fried chicken are added. This is stirred in a pot before adding Taiwanese basil. The sauce at the bottom of the pot, together with the aroma of the wine, sauce and sesame oil blend of Taiwanese flavors create a delightful experience.
